Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return request.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all labels attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
